I discovered my path to physical therapy and coaching through a rich and diverse journey that began in theater, dance, and studying at an international mime and comedy school. There, I learned the power of joy, self-expression, and connecting with my creative spirit. These early experiences shaped my career as a physical therapist, where I’ve focused on integrative, body-mind treatments for complex conditions that impact every aspect of my clients' lives.

Once I discovered my true nature as and individual who has the power of AuDHD as an adult, it allowed me to access my true nature and to listen to my heart as I created my work and followed my passion.

Today, my offerings center on individuals with hypermobility and other intractable pain conditions, helping them find freedom and sovereignty in their care. By incorporating plant medicine, including medical cannabis, I’ve witnessed transformative outcomes. Many clients have successfully reduced or eliminated their reliance on nerve stabilizers and heavy opioids, regained the ability to work, and moved off disability. This progress comes from the thoughtful and informed use of medical cannabis combined with other holistic approaches.

My passion lies in helping people understand how to use this powerful medicine in ways that are clarifying, empowering, and allow them to fully engage with life rather than feel sedated or disconnected.

I envision a future where plant medicine is individualized—where specific strains are tailored to meet each person's unique needs. For those who require functionality and focus, we can harness non-psychoactive cannabis to address muscle spasms, pain, anxiety, depression, and more. I believe this vision is within reach, thanks to ongoing research and the invaluable insights I gain from working with my cannabis coaching clients.
